Self-soothing
Things are stressful right now, but we will persevere! People have gone up against horrible, dreadful things throughout history and made it out the other side. Bad actors have always tried abuse their power and push around those who have less. There will always be evil. And sometimes, it really helps to just scream your lungs out into a pillow when you get overwhelmed by that.
