Even in PA which isn't nearly as cold on average as MN and Canada, we got about a foot of snow here, which was shortly thereafter covered in sleet that turned it into solid masses that could probably fell the Titanic. (I smacked the snow on my lawn with a shovel and left no marks.) And it's going down to a low of 1 degree F this Friday. And so, as titillating as this post and gesture of yours is, I do suggest caution in these awfully extreme cold weather conditions. (And yes, I wrote this whole long comment out just to say titillating. No regrets.)

Here in NYC it has been much colder than we've become used to over the last several years, and it's been an adjustment. Among other things, I had grand plans to go back to the gym this last Monday after taking the holidays off, but Mother Nature was just like, "lol nah, enjoy being fat for another week."
