Please use as a precaution low quality steps, unlike me that went for 15, you can try stuff with just 1, get a feeling to it. This is rather heavily dependent on your pc specs, so just to be sure ALWAYS SAVE your Blender file when trying the cloth sim, things CAN and WILL go WRONG.

If you have the plugin no need for further steps.If you're interested in operating the sliders within the maker you'll need this plugin: KK_ClothingBlendShape.dll By all means I did not make this plugin. The plugin is required for the high heels, although it can work without, however you'd be limited in terms of functions.They can also be modified on KKPE in Studio via Blendshapes. I don't really recommend using patterns on them since.... well you can control the platform height...
