If you're interested in operating the sliders within the maker you'll need this plugin:
KK_ClothingBlendShape.dll - By all means I did not make this plugin. The plugin is required for the high heels, although it can work without, however you'd be limited in terms of functions.
They can also be modified on KKPE in Studio via Blendshapes. - I don't really recommend using patterns on them since.... well you can control the platform height and textures get stretched, but I'm sure you'll figure something out!

If you have the mod contents then that's fine so far, if the sliders don't appear it is either placed in the wrong folder, or the wrong dll for the type of game, Koikatsu or Koikatsu Sunshine.

I put them in the mods folder but it didn't work, of course I put the dll files in the right place

Which one are you referring to exactly, The Gladiator High Heels? If so you can pretty much export it's uv and create your own overlay. If you're in the Koikatsu server you can easily find a tutorial or ask someone how to do so.

is there a way to color some of the extra little things like the straps on gladiator? or modify them to bit skinnier or larger? sometimes some skin clips though. thanks for your hard work!
