[News] Incoming NEW Super-Resolution Engine

Just implemented a NEW Super-Resolution Engine.This engine is for 2D Anime upscale only, the image quality improvement is quite close to RealESRGAN.But it's not very fast since it's relaying on Waifu2x-Caffe, and only Nvidia GPUs with CUDA can use this engine.My eyes are burning because I been writing codes for so long, therefore it will be released later with the next BETA update.
