2 Years ago, I built a game with the same name...

Suggest a name for her: Arachnid Ambassador
She will be your initial liaison with the Mirellixians, they are one of the few races that completely support you and your quest.Mainly because of their prophecy about the drone commander - though their ancient prophecy was when they were fighting ant and bee drones (not actual mechanical ones). Still it's become a low-level religion for some of them. Dealing with her will be so much easier than Kira of the Sekarri or Cynthia of the dragon people.

Amazing what a day of uninterrupted progress gets you! I feel this is more inline with the vibe I originally planned when designing this game. Please let me know your thoughts - it would mean a lot!

What are your thoughts? Background - you have helped liberate their first home world, they are grateful but wont just give you all their technology and aide for free - that's why you are here, to negotiate a fair and mutually beneficial trade deal.

The main thing with text box is the GUI has to flex to support it - it's no biggie, i've got it in as default. But just wanted to share for more visual references.
Major milestone coming up
I've completed all the major code for the visual novel part - the most important thing being 'Novel Maker', that automates the running of my plot script in the game (more detail is it lets me write the script, and it generates the JSON which my code can run. My code is quite versatile in that it can render any character, emotions, sfx etc.There is still a ton of polish I will add - but the good news is, in theory i could release a rough alpha to show the plot in game soon.

Also, i'm working on creating a way to show an emotion alert indicator (probably top left as an alert).It will show when you have changed your relationship with her i.e. not when she is happy/sad/angry etc. But how she is with you and you with her.I.e. Respect/Love/Admire/Hate - how do you think I should show this?My thought was to have a Gauge bar temporarily show and fill up. Still toying with the idea.
