If you are having missing textures and problems, just download Quick_Install.zip and drop the two folders (Shaders & Textures) into reshade-shaders folder, and drop the preset into a place where you can load it up. V4 preset is pretty much done, feel free to suggest or request any changes to be made or added. Don't know if this is V4 or just an optimised V3 - I think it runs better now. Feel free to give me feedback, does it look worse or more realistic or the same?
