Download the .ini file
Drop the .ini file to C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\GarrysMod
Download the 2 custom fx: rj_sharpen & FisheyeHorizontal
Drop the 2 fx files in C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\GarrysMod\bin\win64\reshade-shaders\Shaders
Download the CShade folder & Open it.
Drop the CShade folder in: C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\GarrysMod\bin\win64\reshade-shaders\Shaders
(Optional overlay) Download the Layer.png
Drop the layer.png in: C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\GarrysMod\bin\win64\reshade-shaders\Textures
