Cookies N Cream Protein Smoothie

You know.....I was sitting around today thinking. I have a bad habit of thinking that only the best of the best meal preps are worthy of posting. Then I realized, I make little things like smoothies and snacks EVERY day and never think to share them. So why not post those? Small things like this may be helpful to some of you so I figured I would start sharing the them as well.
So here is a shake that I make on occasion when I want something sweet and a little more filling than my normal protein shake. If you guys want more content like this, please let me know and I will start sharing.
Be sure to read the last page of the PDF for tips on consistency! This can actually be made into a delicious ice cream. If that's something you all would like to see some recipes for, I can do that as well. Be sure to run out to Walmart and grab a bag of Xanthan Gum. It can be found in the baking aisle.
If you don't have cookies and cream protein, don't worry. This works just as well with a vanilla :)

Can i use almond milk instead? @zachcoen
Just found this one. Delicious!
I enjoyed this but needed more cookie flavor. The yogurt was a bit too powerful. I am waiting for my Cookies and Cream Protein powder from Legion to see if that seals the deal.
This is yummy!
Would definitely love more protein shake ideas! Adding this one to the grocery list!
Definitely snacks--this is something I struggle with and could use suggestions for.
Any, and I mean ANY, recipe you have, we want it haha
Yes!! Give us all the recipes. Snacks would be great too!!

Absolutely. As long as it fits into your goals :)
I love this! It's a little bit of a cheat...but still has healthy protein!
Yes please, I need extra protein snacks!
Could something like this be enjoyed after dinner, in the evening?
Always looking for different snack/shakes ideas!!!! So excited to try this.
