Update: Big Changes Coming (Again)
🕑 Added 2018-08-20 16:11:31 +0000 UTC Hello again my awesome Patrons.I hope you all have been well. I've never been better. This break has been nice and very much needed. Though I do miss the clickety clack of the keyboard.
Sorry in advance for the long post. The important parts are bolded.
During this slow time I've thought long and hard about this Patreon. As mentioned in my last update it is not where I was hoping it would be at this point. What I have been doing is not working. I am realizing Chyoa is just not a large enough platform to springboard off of, especially given the already niche group my particular set of kinks appeals to. But the serial nature of my stories make other sites (like Literotica) trickier to post to.
To be blunt, this Patreon has taken up far too much head space for me these last few months. I take VERY seriously the fact you people have shown this support for me. I am humbled by it honestly. The problem is I end up thinking too much about "providing content" rather than thinking about character and story and working on my craft. I worry about satisfying everyone's tastes instead of just letting my imagination guide me.
I believe my best story is Charlie. It was written very fast and with intense focus. My only thought was on the characters and the story. The finished story threads of Mistaken Identity and its sequel were also like this. This is the type of writing I want to get back to.
And when I want to spin off and do some stupid crap for fun I want to be able to do that without worrying about where I am posting it, at what level, what site rules I might be breaking, and who is going to like it and not like it.
Writing is my passion. I am blessed with a good job but I would GLADLY take less money to be able to be a writer full time. This is what I am going to pursue. It might take a long time, and I may fail, but I will be doing what I love while I try.
I have decided that I will continue my Patreon but it will no longer be my main focus. I will make no more promises or guarantees of content going forward. I will try to work on my writing and grow my audience organically. Hopefully in the long run (maybe very long run) this growth will take this Patreon to a point where I can focus on it exclusively once more.
This is an ideal time to bow out if you wish.
I ABSOLUTELY understand if you don't want to support such a vague goal with no promises to particular content. I am under no illusions here. I am starting from the ground up going forward.
I do hope you consider sticking around at the $1 dollar level. I will try to put some stuff up here whenever I can. Little bonuses, shorts, WIPs and the like. I do plan on continuing my fun writing on Chyoa as well.
If you do leave please take with you the knowledge that I very much appreciated your support. You guys rock. And hey, don't be a stranger. Feel free to shoot me comments and such over on Chyoa or whatever other site I post to. I love hearing from you guys.
The one sure thing I can give you is that I will finish this version of Suddenly Daddy. I have plans to rework this particular idea from the ground up, but that is for the future.
Going forward I am thinking almost everything I post will be for all patrons. I think I will keep the $3 level and do occasional votes or special shorts now and then. Not sure yet. If you have any ideas lemme know. :)
And finally, some exciting news! A fan reached out to me with some fan art. I cannot tell you how flattered and excited I was to receive it. We've been corresponding as he's made tweaks and adjustments to it partly based off of my feedback. I look forward to sharing it with everyone after he's happy enough with it to let me show it. As you can tell by my initial goals I just LOVE adult art, so this was a real treat.
Whew, that was a long one. I apologize to anyone who feels let down by this change of direction. I am very much learning as I go here.
Hugs to you all and as always...thank you.

Not sure if anyone's noticed, but I'm jamming on Wrong Place, Wrong Time over on Chyoa right now. Maybe something there you guys might like. :)

Thank you! :)

I'm on the tip jar level, and will continue with that even if you don't really post anything here. Just a little support for someone that have written several of my favorite stories on CHYOA.

Man oh man, I am like a kid on Christmas morning. I can't wait to share this art with everyone. Look for it, probably next week, on Chyoa. Hee hee hee!
