Poll: What should I do about "David" the Landlord?

It seems that Emma the Landlady has been most people's favorite character so far...
Which has got me me thinking; what should I do with David the landlord so that you can get busy seducing his woman?
A) Have David kicked out of the house by Emma for some uncovered secret
For the secret, I'm thinking it could be that David sent a large chunk of their savings to his Mom who needed help (but who growing up wasn't often present and abused drugs and alcohol). Then I could have Emma freak out (rightfully so), and basically kick him out of the house to go live in an apartment nearby.
B) Have them continue to live together, but without sex
Have David and Emma continue to live together in a normal marital relationship, just minus the sex.
C) Have them continue to live together, but without intimacy
One step further from the last option. They continue to live together, but display zero signs of intimacy towards one another.
D) Other (leave comment)
Please feel free to suggest something else if you have any other ideas :)

Thank you for sharing your thoughts. I don’t think it will be popular if she’s shown having a normal relationship (even though that’s what I’d prefer too), but the idea that not pursuing her leads to her having that normal relationship, is an interesting idea I hadn’t considered. And I think that would be fine by most people… I’ll definitely give more thought to that moving forward.

I know I'm late, but I'll also be fine if they're together. Not all landladies need to be pursued. This is just me. I would like to see a normal landlady and landlord's relationship sometimes. Besides, the landlord seems cool (based on what we know so far). I don't want him to see him get shafted.

Thanks for the input! The original plan was to showcase them having a regular relationship, since for me, your landlord and landlady being in a relationship, doesn’t really constitute as NTR. I didn’t realize this was an unpopular opinion until I got some feedback around it, so this poll was used to help me decide which new direction to go with the writing. Rest assured there will no LIs having sex with anyone else though. I really don’t like ntr, I just personally never considered it that when it’s your landlord/landlady.

I would (and I hope people agree with me on this) really be okay with whichever way you envision your story... As long as it doesn't include any of the LIs having sex with anyone else. :D
