Stairs

I can't walk up the stairs normally. I know have to almost in a waddling way having to shift my body left and right in order to proceed making the leg that's going to hoist me up have less weight to carry up.
Usually when I go upstairs I lean my hole body against the wall which helps alleviate some weight off on my legs and easier to climb or in some cases if there's no walls for support then I would really be leaning on the hand rails (if there's no elevators)
