These posts are to hold you over. I want to shock you with my next post.. after months of plateau it finally happened, weight piled on. its always happened that way with me, every few weeks the scale would finally move 5-10lbs, but this time is different. I have never eaten and stuffed myself so much, consistently (since Christmas it’s been non stop). Gym Weigh In
After a massive eating weekend. Pure gluttony. It snowed so I made sure to stock up on supplies. I went From the bed to the couch and back. I consumed 3 gallons of melted ice cream (one a3 gallons of milk, a lot of heavy cream, pasta, cookies, pizza, donuts, and plenty of shake shack. If I’m not 240 today then I guess it’s back to another weekend of piggging out. Or, if I am, it’s on to 250 and another weekend of pigging out! hehe
