it's been difficult to find time lately to draw this comic, but I have fun with it when I do.
at this time, the Neuroplasty device has some protocols that allow assistance to use experiences of other xenos to train new ones... and it's proben to be much more reliable than using the procedure alone, which tends to be much more traumatic experience.
it's part of the reason the Sigma sisters exist now, they're used to condition the new born xenos.
