The 48 hour block thing is going to be pretty much the norm for now until YouTube changes their policies. I don't know why they did this. Maybe another way of scanning videos to ensure they are not offensive or because of the election and the high amount of videos about that. A real bummer but at least there is light at the end of the tunnel. It will be on YouTube just 2 days after it's original release. Maybe for now let's stop using Sony. They're the one pushing this block

Those would have been some great places to live for those times. I grew up in a city of 100k (between Milwaukee and Chicago) and then moved to a town of 700 30 years ago which is where I'm still at. But would do Brewtown and Chi many many times for music, theater, comedy, sports, etc. Probably my biggest mistake was moving to where I did. Talk about being culturally deprived. The closed mindedness is astounding. in fact, I sometimes think that N&L marathons that you, Greybeard and others do might just be my savior. Have brother that lives in Twin Cities area (Coon Rapids) and I get up there once in a while. Like it there. Knew a gal (graduated with and hung out with) that was in "Oh Sherrie" Steve Perry video.

This brought back great memories for me, Dave! I lived in Seattle when Nirvana and Pearl Jam were starting out, and got to see them at local venues. And I knew the girl featured in Stone Temple Pilot’s video for Plush. I just went back there last week for the first time in 20 years. Had salmon at Ivar’s on Lake Union. Still wish I lived there. I lived in Minneapolis in the 80’s and got to see Prince and The Replacements when they were starting too. My most vivid memories of the places I’ve lived were always of the music scenes.
