there is a room with that, its at the end of the current level. We removed that "heart" chance from the general monster, just for now. The reason is: it was causing the gameplay to cut and it made some section very annoying to beat, like activating in the middle of the air or when you where busy fighting for your life, causing you to lose/die. So yeah, for now, its a safe room at the end of the current stage, you will find all monsters with hearts there. We already working on the H-mechanic to avoid this.
