First of all, huge huge thanks to everyone for all of your amazing patience, just know that we have taken all of your input to heart and based on everything, we took the harsh desision to do a refactor of the whole game, basically building everything from the ground up.This is the main reason we went pretty much quiet for so long, how ever it was worth every working hour, the game now its incredibly eficient and our tests tell us that it runs at a stable 200FPS (a bit overkill if you ask me)We a...

To find a middle ground between saverooms and autosaves:We decided to go with checkpoints, these will be spreadout around the world, no need to explore much to find them as you would with the save rooms, and still retain some of the challenge.you will still need to be careful not to die, else you will lose progress
