New Statue in Jamisonville Town Square
🕑 Added 2023-06-21 17:41:05 +0000 UTCOne of the things that's bugged me for a while now was the fact that the statue in the center of town was just a generic statue instead of something more suitable for a town like Jamisonville.
I originally thought I'd simply find one of a man in clothing of the 18th/19th century and use that one. I looked and looked. There are surprisingly few statue graphics available that aren't dragons, knights or mages.
So, I decided to make one. The result is this. You'll be able to view it from three different directions in the game, if you wish.
(and that's Callie's great great grandmother being paddled - I just changed her hair)

It will work by interacting with the base of the statue (Enter key in most cases). I only use the flashing circles, etc to point out important plot related items in the game. Not what is essentially a novelty. Though I do have plans for something to happen with the statue in the future. At that point, it will have one.

Can you add a small circle on the ground when the plot can be triggered? Just like in school

Will we also see Callie's great grandmother (daughter of the woman of the statue) being spanked somewhere? Maybe as Easter egg, or perhaps she could be a ghost stuck in a loop at haunted house :D
