I think they can bring them back, they are just droids. and no one's ever really gone. But I doubt they will have as much significance as they did in the episode they were introduced.

B1 has to come back. It would be kind of dumb to bring them into the series just to kill them of in the next episode. Also, I love B1 Battledroids, they are as funny (Clone Wars/ Revenge of the Sith/ Rebels) as they are badass (Phantom Menace) at the same time. Roger, Roger!
