If you don’t have AC, first, you have my deepest sympathies. Secondly, if you lack an AC: get a dehumidifier; stock up on ice cream (or your cold treat of choice); get several ice packs (ideally thin and wide), and rotate through them (that is to say, have one or two out, on your chest/neck/thigh, helping cool you down, while the rest are in your freezer. Once the ones you’re using are unfrozen, put them in the freezer and get some cold ones out.)

I certainly hope you have an AC. 75-80 degrees F and >90% relative humidity is PURE TORTURE without AC. Though, living in a place that typically has a high of AT LEAST 35 C also kinda has me like “Pathetic.”

yeesh, hot AND wet? I hate humidity, it's the absolute worst. don't go outside, check the humidity levels to see if it's dangerous or not, close your windows and if you got Air Conditioner, turn it onto it's "dry" setting. . . then take a nap.
