I'm going to take a break 1 week.

My routine of going out has stabilized, I exercise regularly, and my sleep and meal times have become consistent.
I also donate blood plasma and platelets every two weeks. Recently, I've been creating videos more frequently.
I've decided to take a week off (until this Sunday) to reflect on how I can further improve.
My plan is to gradually increase the amount of time I work each day. For now, I'm aiming to work at least 4 hours a day, focusing on YouTube and Patreon.
Over time, I plan to gradually increase this amount each month. In addition to this, I intend to spend the remaining time on practice and studying.
Finally, thank you to all Patrons. Without you, I would probably have been working 24/7 while still being workaholic.
