I think Brandish worded it that way because until she told them, they didn't know Irene existed. She told them that they had it all wrong, thinking August was the 'strongest' of the twelve. August and Irene are equal...probably...we can revisit that statement after you see both August, and Irene at full power. Irene is my favorite Spriggan 12 member, and you already know how much I love BRANDISH, so...you know it's about to go down. Neinheart really does have shitty magic compared to the rest LMAO
