Ryan slung his duffel bag over his shoulder and walked into the dorm building. Tall and olive skinned, Ryan was a new transfer as part of a basketball scholarship. He looked down at the room number and the note that the admissions desk had given him. He was told that he would meet Dana the dorm manager in the lobby.
Ryan craned his neck and looked around the lobby. A few students were sat chairs and looked through their phones while others dragged luggage to their rooms.
"Are you Ryan?"
Ryan turned around to see a tall young woman standing very close to him. Her hair was pulled up in a messy bun and large, round, wire-rim glasses sat on her freckled nose. She wore a teal button-down blouse that was tucked into a pair of skinny jeans practically vacuum sealed to her body.
"Oh, are you Dana?" Ryan asked. "I didn't know the dorms were coed."
All of the other students in the lobby were men.
Dana smiled. "Oh, they aren't, but dorm managers can be whichever gender, so long as they demonstrate the proper discipline and responsibility. Come on, let me show you to your room."
Dana led Ryan down the halls into the living quarters. As they walked, they passed by the showers where three wet, towel-clad men rushed out of the door, whooping and swinging clothes over their heads. A fourth man, a muscular black man, ran out after them, completely naked. Water ran down his dripping, circumcised dick and his tightened, wrinkled balls. To Ryan's surprise, none of the men even acknowledged Dana, whose eyes wandered and stared at the men with a sly grin.
"I allow a certain level of horseplay," Dana said. "Even some hazing and pranks are allowed, depending on their severity. The boys will be boys, you know."
Ryan nodded, confused, but he didn't know where to start.
Dana opened the door to his dorm. It was a tiny room with most of the space taken up by the bed in the center. There was a tiny hallway off to the side with a shower and a closet branching off from it.
Ryan set down his duffel bag.
"Some ground rules," Dana said. "You will not damage any property in the room. You will not invite other people to live in this room. You will not keep pets. You will be awake at 9:00 am each day with the exception of weekends and holidays."
"9:00 am?" Ryan said, raising an eyebrow. "But what if I don't have morning classes."
Dana took a step toward him and glared up at him.
"You will not test me, Ryan. I run a tight ship and any man who tries to cross me will suffer many painful humiliations."
Ryan glared down at her, and they stared at each other in contempt for a second before Dana turned away.
"If you have any questions, my room is in the lobby next to the front desk. See you in the morning."

"RISE AND SHINE!" Dana's piercing voice rang through the halls of the dorm building.
"RISE AND SHINE!"
Ryan groaned in his bed and rolled over onto his stomach.
Dana bashed her fist against the door. "RYAN GOMEZ, I WANT YOU UP IN 2 MINUTES!"
"URMPH!" Ryan yelled back. He moved his pillow from under his head to on top of it, rolled over onto his bellow, and squashed the pillow against the back of his head with his arms.
Outside, Dana smiled to herself. This boy will need to learn things the hard way.
Smothering himself under his pillow, Ryan drifted back to sleep immediately.
Two minutes passed, and then three.
Using her dorm manager key, Dana opened the door and crept inside. She carried a golfclub bag over her shoulder and a smirk on her face.
Ryan was completely covered by his comforter. Only his feet and arms stuck out, the latter pinning the pillow over his head.
Dana peeled the comforter back from the foot of the bed over his head and gasped with shrill glee.
Ryan was sleeping naked. His nude bottom half stuck out from under the comforter.
