The funeral parlours name: HOFFS DRAWLAR is an anagram for FLASHFORWARD. I always liked to think that Jack was so high on drugs that when he says "get my father down here and if I'm drunker than he is, you can fire me" Is him pointing up to heaven/afterlife.
