Bit of progress on this one. Working on it here and there between comics.Decided to change Saïx into his berserk mode, since in the manga it was in that state that he effectively killed Axel. Also to contrast Axel's peaceful "sleep" aaand to change up how I've drawn them at least a little bit.The caption for this will be his line "Where is my heart", suggesting that Axel/Lea is his heart 8)
Unknown monster designs
So Vard is supposed to see how the elves see Inara and Mischief. They need to look monstrous and evil, at least to the elves, and their "active magicks" should be visible to the elves too. For example Inara has plenty of spellwork tattoos, but not seen by the naked eye like Mischief's.
