PARA-PROFESSIONAL Promo Animatic
I have officially enlisted my good friend Buttersphere to help me bring PARA to life through Animation, and we’ve decided that we’re making a whole-ass trailer for the first Book!It’s obviously still in the very rough production stages, and the musical underscore is a temp at the moment, but the animatic is done and now it’s onto properly animating the shots! Gene Tests
I’ve commissioned my good friend Buttersphere (author of Our Days in Lumain on WT/Tapas) to help me with the current PARA animation project i’ve got going on, and we did a test run to see how well our work styles flow together!Long story short, it went fantastic. She’s talented and wonderful and we’re the dream team now 👏The rough animation is all her, and I did the lineart/cleaned up the frames for the clean animation!

It took a bit of time to sort out my new working schedule, but now that Crypto book 1 is finished, PARA episodes are going to be longer and potentially more frequent!You can expect more PARA pages next week to kick off the new schedule 😎

Animation Update: We’ve Got Structure!
I’m really working backwards with this, aren’t I… Ah well, at least i’m working!I can’t say much yet about what this little demo animation is going to be for, but i’m soon going to have a fully rendered, fully voice-acted 10-20 second clip of animated PARA! It’s really cool, honestly.I also hope y’all are ready for Thursday’s PARA/Crypto double launch, because I am! February sure is the month of stuff happening.
