New Shoulder pad types

I have expanded the range of shoulder pads I can offer my chapter markings and comissions on.Following some feedback I have also adjust the Gravis ones to be more accurate, note the curvier Heavy Int. and Bladeguard versions.I have also added a knee cap and Backpack bit for extra bling.
