Something different, which is not exactly the topic here. Sorry. But anyway...A little bit of practice. Something I used to do in earlier years and unfortunately haven't had the time to continue later on, because everyday worklife became too time consuming. Always wanted to make some images about it. Maybe some of you know what it is. This basic first Kata is called Mae.
