I’m just as patiently waiting as all of you for this set of photos that I took with Dirk Odendaal, who is one of my favourite photographers! This shoot was the last time I wore my favourite pearl necklace, which has since gone missing 😡Once we get the images, I’ll have to make a beautiful memorial post for it 🤣

Morning everyone! I thought it would be exciting to share with you all the progress of my next cosplay! This is going to be a large project. I’ve comissioned the gun of the character to be 3D printed, and will be making the rest by hand. So far, I’m struggling to hand sew a bodysuit 😂Have any guesses who it may be? 🤫

Sometimes the most unnatural and usual poses can create the most interesting image. I love this pose from a shoot I did while at the Barrydale film festival. It is so feminine yet strong. It feels like I’m a statue… which I love! 🤍

A memorial
This is a bit of a somber post. I met Zayne (middle) once - at this shoot. We spoke a couple times after that over WhatsApp and then she suddenly left the modelling sphere and I lost contact with her. She was a beautiful soul. She had such a zest for life, and was so positive and jolly. She made me feel so comfortable, and had the most joyful, warm smile. I found out this week that she passed away suddenly, taking everyone by surprise. It did hit me quite hard, because a person with so much life...

Happy Friday everyone! I hope you have had a good week. My week was quite stressful - my manager took a week of sick leave and my other colleague is on maternity leave. An update
An update on my backpiece for you all. We are about 40% done - I’ll most likely need about 8 more hours of work. But I’m done for a short while now - next session is booked for September, but we could find a slot before then, if it opens up. 🌸The tape on my hair is so that it doesn’t blow all around, just so you aren’t confused and think I wear tape as a fashion statement 🤣
