I saw a couple of neighbors jumping in the FREEZING river on the first days of the year. Apparently it’s a thing here … not sure if I would ever do it (most likely not) but it gave me the idea for this inukag moment! Mental health is important! I have been struggling this past months with my own mental health. I noticed I’d been saying I was just sad and overwhelmed, that it was just my introverted self that didn’t want to go out. However, I was just avoided accepting I was not okay and needed to work on getting better. I do not know how it happened but I deleted all of my drawings 😭😭😭😭😭😭 Literally all of them. Thank goodness I still have the final jpgs, but the original files are all gone and I want to cry so bad.
