Based on the procedural poll we did, I went with the second option of Alternative fantasy history. So what I went for is an incubus visiting a peasant girl at nightAnd instead of a handsome human with wings devil type thing you may see in the Monster Manual I based it's look off some old images where they look more monsterous. Anyway, hope you like this interpretation when it comes out :>
