Paipo and Kuwa'to — Step Progress

This is a good example of how complementary colors can give a lot of energy to paintings. Clashing two complementaries (orange vs blue) in such a dramatic way always gives interesting results.Another concept in use here is the warm and saturated oranges reacting to the cold less satured blue shades.In this example the use of a third color, green, is not very apparent but I used it in three ways:1.
