I wake up one morning and realize I feel so heave I cannot leave my bed I struggle but I cannot heave myself up!!

If I were at a gym, I would most likely work out like this if it was mostly empty. heh.

Yup I really need to work out more. I need more muscle mass in order to still move around and have longer stamina.

Everyone knows a lower hanging belly means it's capable to wrap and cover the person entirely with his fat belly.
Fat Chub at the Park
Man even walking for a bit of a distance can really take a toll on me. Would you approach a superchub and pretend you're just walking by to just catch a glimpse of his belly?

Remember gainers exercise can be beneficial even for us gaining fat. so remember to do your stretches and weight lifts.
Car Ride
and my belly jiggles a lot or so Husky claims the way it jiggles and shakes when the vehicle is in motion and yes sometimes I can feet it.

Belly in the Car
Husky came to visit for the day.Least they have a car so we drove around a bit, sad thing is the car is very compact. I couldn't move much inside and so when Husky took a vid of my belly I couldn't do much heh we need a van or a spacious truck.

Belly Stuffed in Vest
One thing for sure, Having my belly stuffed in this vest is really tight, everything feels compressed my belly tends to find ways to spill out mainly from underneath. But it does make me look a lot bigger.
