Gypsy Rose update...
Writing has begun, so last stage. I'll have a busy day today, but will aim to finish it. Last bits I hope to do with car. Had one interview day before and a call for another today. The standard is 45p while the one with exclusives is in 50ps.

'Gypsy Rose' update...
This is a good illustration style and close as I feel I can get to Ayami Kojima's when it comes to references how she paints and photo references. I can live with it as the highlights are good. It looks a bit cleaner with blurring or just using paint brush on lines in places to have that softer look. Not sure if I'll stick with some of that texturing as it's the hardest thing to do intentionally and why painting is greatest weaknesses ^^;

I think unintentionally the 'M@m@' collection has turned out to be more anime somehow. I just realized that from last upload which has a title to it, while this I included in the aforementioned collection.

Rework with the original. It could just be me, but where the original was supposed to be a beach (which doesn't make much sense as they live near no beach), but that was thoughtless creation back then. Now it struck me with the palette, for some reason, to have a liminal atmosphere. Not sure why.

I have three more illustrations that need finishing up with a few variants in there and I should be done tonight. I have text reference from the first version, so this will have it compared to the huge 'Merlo, Merlo'. I might save some that will take longer in a small extra collection, but just wouldn't be enough time for other ideas I've yet to start.

Oldest child of the Unzet pirate captain and the Hagoku Lead. Oyu is currently training her brother to use the Koutetsu Ningyou, Nihon's version of the Steel Frames. A cheerful and dedicated young woman that embraces the pirate life.
