sometimes it's easy for me to get carried away during overwhelming times! and i end up breaking down and not knowing why, until i realize.. sometimes i forget to give myself a moment or two to digest everything around me. i get so caught up in the moment and my brain goes into an endless, frenzy work-mode..! i need to relax sometimes and BREATHE!
i just debut'd and i want this debut month to be very strong. so i'm incredibly excited and antsy to get the ball rolling, but of course, i need moments like these to catch up with myself and slow down too..
