If the original style is like pastel tones, the new style is like intense watercolor. There seems to be a style that suits each model.

I think the new style actually looks quite good here. For me the new style over emphasizes wrinkles or creases in the skin, like from grabs, etc. The way these stand out almost makes them look older than intended? Kinda hard to explain I guess.
