Suggestion:
- Work on sweeping bar in off of the floor/past the instant of separation (maybe work on adjusting your start to keep from dropping your hips and pushing the bar forward)
- Pull to knee, pull to mid thigh complex to work on keeping the bar closer throughout the pull and initiate the transition under the bar sooner
- No foot snatches to work on the finish and pull under (elbows higher during the squat under phase)
- No foot snatches to punish pulling back early and looping the bar
Keys to success - Stay over the bar longer, use your legs to move around the bar, keep lats tight and bar coming in throughout the pull.
