Slight Update to Tiers - Status of this Account
🕑 Added 2023-02-04 02:37:28 +0000 UTCI just wanted to post a notice that I'm going to be updating the descriptions of my Patreon tiers. Primarily the "Early Access" on both of my current tiers being removed, as to be perfectly frank... is not relevant. I have long since decided I don't want to do Patreon exclusive content, and on a general basis I don't have enough content outside of commissions to warrant that sort of posting regardless.
Currently this is the only change, but I am considering what I want to do with this account going forward.
Generally speaking, I've only ever wanted this to be a "Tip Jar" sort of arrangement.
If you enjoy what I do and want to support me outside of buying art, it's a nice way to help shore up bills here and there. And I appreciate each of my Patreons immensely for supporting me in that regard. Honestly, I wish i had more to offer in return.
As for my discount tier, I'm somewhat conflicted by its implication.
Unlike the Tip Jar tier, the Discount tier has a "reward/payout" attached to it... and if I'm honest it feels more like bait. I really don't want to "bait" people into supporting me or my work. So I am debating how I want to handle it going forward.
As said before, currently the only changes are to the descriptions of the tiers to more accurately reflect how things actually happen here. No tiers are going away just yet.
Just want to be honest and up-front with all of you.
