Yes, agree as well. It’s a payoff chapter. It does have some aspects that resolve questions - Kimmy isn’t going to be in control of Devlin for example but I don’t think anyone is surprised by that. I also agree that we know the eventual outcome that they meet up with Josh so that dampens speculation here.

As this chapter was a flashback of sorts we also know how Kimmy and Josh will interact afterward so at the moment there isn’t a lot to speculate about other than what Kimmy and Devlin will get up to around Josh (if anything).

I think maybe there’s just a bit less to discuss about a sex scene compared to other types of scenes. I don’t think you can draw the conclusion that it’s because the other types of scenes are enjoyed more. A lot of the time the discussions on those chapters are about speculation on when, where, and how sex will next occur!

An observation: While this is absolutely no criticism of KT writing, none what so ever! This last chapter was mostly sex. It also generated relatively little comment or debate from us readers. Just lube and poop chute comments. While the other chapters have sparked more lively discussions and debates. Is it because we don't like sex? I think it's because we enjoy the journey the character are taking and the sex is necessary but it's less important than the journey that KT has taken us on. It would be different when you are reading the completed book because would have had a follow up chapter to roll right into. It just struck me as odd that this chapter hit me this way. IMNHO (in my not so humble opinion).
