Devlin opened the iPad’s cover and woke it up. “I’ll get it up on the big screen.” He turned the huge TV on and it lit up in brilliant solid blue. The Apple TV menu replaced it and Josh resumed rubbing his cheeks. Maybe it still wasn’t too late. Maybe he could still leave and preserve his marriage, preserve his dignity.
