Also there are tons of Asian studios also doing unofficial painted nsfw figures of copyright characters and they very popular, I've yet to see any copyright holder go after them

If they got strikes I'm sure you're referring to artists at artist alleys at Anime cons (I heard about that too) it was easy for ppl representing the IP holder to strike ppl at events but, I'm not the only one doing these unofficial kits, cgtrader and cults3d is littered with people selling their models of IP character but everyone turns a blind eye, unless the company goes directly after you, honestly they don't care, it's a waste of resources for someone selling less than 100 copies

Ah, interesting. Even though the franchise is Japanese? I've seen digital art creators having had copyright strikes against them for selling merch with Sailor Moon fanart. Is that a different set of rules?

Ahhh Ive watched idk how many times. And not for the painting progress, more so for the wit and jokes in the beginning and between 🤣🤣 Im sure Oscar is rolling in his moms carseat right now at this video! 🤣 I cant wait to have my own copy!! My boyfriend didnt understand why I wanted this so obviously I had to show him the video and only then did he sort of understand (he is eyeing the next nsfw project planned LOL). They came out so beautifully! I cant get over how soft Usagis hair is or their locked gaze of love that you portrayed! Its so beautiful and I cant wait to place this on my shelf! (๑˃̵ᴗ˂̵) I do face ups and body blushing for BJDs and digitally paint 3D models, so I know how much love and effort you went into making their bodies absolutely perfect. (*´▽｀*) Of course the spice factor cannot be ignored, but in terms of lewd vs artistic, this falls squarely in the lovingly rendered artistic realm. Except maybe those dick veins. (≧∇≦) 100% lewd, but also a must-have necessity. Had I of been a patron before, I would have been in the camp clamoring for the veins. σ(^_^;)
