is it in the program files on the same drive as your windows files as if so then chances are it is overwriting any attempt to change or edit anything this is the reason most people say to never install any games to the c:\programs files as that giving windows all rights to those games

I have tested on grand campaign, as Rome, and all seems to be working fine. Exept for RTS battles (known issue).

Needs more testing but it seems that 20027 freezes any character of player's faction at 0 years old on main script activation, on at least some really popular mods like 1100 AD. I'll check on other mods / on vanilla asap.
