The game is currently uninstalled. My intention when I published the table here was just to update to my new table template and newer version of cheat engine. I just made a change for the table to work in skirmish matches. But no new feature.

I guess so, since my table are created to based on the original games (without any modification).

I take it back, apparently you need to restart the game properly for it work. That being said, I dont suppose this works with mods?
