EDIT: Alright, thank you so much for all the feedback everyone! I think, based on the results so far, I'm going to go ahead with what I had planned, which would be to add a couple of male units in NPC/prey roles, and then possibly add one or two as rare enemies.
To explain that a bit more, certain maps may have both male and female elves appearing as friendly guest units. In VT's universe, elves are vegan and will not eat meat, making them the prey of choice for many other monsters. By protecting these guest units you can get extra rewards at the end of the battle, or you can recruit them by giving them a taste for flesh. The plan is currently to add two friendly male elf variations, and potentially one hostile one. I've also been thinking about adding a 'male' rival to the commander as an antagonist that can eventually be conquered, but I can understand that being polarizing so I'm not sure if I'll go down that route. I honestly never had plans for male vessels, so I will continue to not make plans for male vessels.
I saw several people bring up toggles, too. I think, unlike with furries where that would be a lot of extra work, it would be very reasonable to add a toggle that sets the max capacity of all male units to 0 to prevent them from becoming preds under any circumstances. So, for those that want to see that, you can, and for those that don't, you won't. Hopefully that should clear everything up for everyone!
Alright, it's finally time for this! I've been wanting to get a number on this since I did the furry poll, but I'm curious what the overall impression of femboy vore is in this community. Femboys will likely be present in VT no matter what, but I'm not sure if I want to keep them in prey-focused roles- like the male elf above -or if I want to have them appear as regular vessels/enemies too. I won't decide purely based on the results of this poll, but it will give me some insight into what people would like to see.
So without further ado, how do you feel about characters like the one above?
