Premium Story #6: Unsought Asylum
(Content Tags: Mental asylum, messing, diapers, semi-realistic horror, pretending to be dumb, betrayal, light sexual elements and references, possibility for continuation)
Four padded walls, and one immensely padded bottom; a straitjacket that bound his arms, with a strap that ran tautly underneath the diaper like the snapping underside of a onesie; too many unnecessary pills and procedures to have an intelligible voice left to protest.
One cheating bastard.
Logan's fate had been decided the moment that he'd stopped being faithful to her; he'd spent months seemingly stringing his girlfriend along, portraying himself as a dutiful partner, while he'd been raw-dogging any moderately attractive woman with a pulse.
As if that wasn't bad enough, it came after he'd been caught cheating early on in their relationship; she'd seen the love-bite on his neck, she'd smelled the unfamiliar perfume, and after some pointed questioning, he'd crumbled and begged for forgiveness. Logan made himself out to be a victim, by claiming that he was a 'sex addict', and that his infidelity was a brief moment of weakness.
He'd thought that she'd believed it, and for some amount of time, maybe she had. The loathsome lecher had waited for a spell, to regain her trust, but he'd never intended to keep his promise to her. In his mind, his sins of lust were justified by his 'malady', and an addict couldn't be expected to not have a relapse.
Logan was sloppy though, and frankly too confident in his own abilities, which would ultimately result in his getting caught. The problem was that he wouldn't have realized that he'd been caught, until it was far too late to protect himself from the consequences that would come at him.
Ashley, his beloved girlfriend, had in the past been rather vanilla in the bedroom. She liked to keep things simple, which itself was a reason why Logan had felt so justified in getting his needs met elsewhere; she was a gorgeous, intelligent woman that would make a fine wife one day, but her sexual appetite left him wanting.
It was because of her plainness, that he'd been so surprised by her kinky suggestion to get freaky at her place of work! Maybe she had realized that her prudence was driving him into the arms of other women? Or she had finally decided to let her freak flags fly? Whatever the reason, Logan had been so surprised by the sudden turn, that he'd effectively left the rational side of his brain off, and he'd readily agreed to try out whatever she had in mind.
Ashley worked in a mental institution, as a doctor. It was a place for the insane, sure, but it was also a longterm home for those with such profound mental disabilities, that they couldn't be trusted to properly thrive in a group-home setting. Logan rarely asked about what such a career was like, but he had pushed her to roleplay as a sexy nurse in the bedroom before, much to her chagrin at his dismissive views of her job.
He didn't see her as a real doctor; he certainly didn't feel as though she was paid like one, which itself was hypocritical since he'd been unemployed for the last ten months. Logan referred to her job as being a 'tard-wrangler', more times than he should have. It wasn't wholly inaccurate, was it? She wasn't an orderly, but that didn't mean she was able to avoid all the tasks that one would have to perform.
Regardless, whenever she'd whispered into his ear about playing doctor at the asylum as a sexual thrill, he had been all too willing to play the part.
They had gone in overnight. Under the black of night, she had first gone in the front entrance, and then she'd come around back to let him in. It was a fairly high security facility, and regardless of him being her boyfriend, she wasn't really allowed to bring guests inside outside of visiting hours. That had only made the thrill more intense for him.
Once inside, she had whisked him away to a room where they could get down and dirty; it had honestly been the best sex that they'd had in months, especially with the added forbidden element of where they were having it. Before they had started, she had even given him some pills, which definitely wasn't something she could legally do, with the promise that they would enhance his libido.
She wasn't wrong.
Whatever was in that medication, it made his carnal appetite utterly ravenous; after their first sweaty trist, he was still rearing to go, as though he hadn't just busted a big nut moments before. That massive influx of arousal made him more willing to try different things too, and Ashley appeared to already have something in mind...
A more in-depth roleplay, where he would get to be her patient for a little while, as a matter of foreplay.
Logan had never been the type to enjoy being degraded or dominated, but in that moment, the idea had set his loins ablaze with anticipation. It wasn't as if anyone else would ever know, right? What was the harm?
Already naked, it was easy to get him dressed for the role he would be playing: From a nearby stack, she would grab an enormous adult diaper, one clearly meant for longterm usage. The garment was plain white, with blue wetness strips, and its padding was several inches thick on both sides; it crinkled loudly in her fingers, the outside of it coated in a heavy layer of plastic.
Laying him down and making the experience sensual, she would lather his loins in lotion, and then dust him with a liberal puff of talcum; the front was pulled up over his crotch, the wings tugged into place and taped tightly, and then she gave his obscured groin a gentle pat.
Next would come a pair of plastic pants, which were also rather thick, and they slid up his legs to cover the diaper like a milky pair of underwear; she cooed in his ear while she got them into place, mentioning teasingly about how they would keep his 'diapee' from leaking.
The man was so caught in his arousal, that he thought it was all a part of the kinky act she had suggested; at most, he figured she would only intend to make him cum in the garment, which was sounding hotter by the moment.
The last piece was the straitjacket, which was actually the component he was most anxious about; he wasn't known for being claustrophobic, but he'd also never had his arms restricted in such a way that made him feel so powerless. Once it was secured into place, with the last strap coming up under his well-padded taint, it became clear that movement of any kind would be next to impossible.
Still, he trusted her, and he still thought that she trusted him. A mistake in hindsight, obviously.
True to her word, they would roleplay for a short time, with her playing the role of some naughty nurse, and him the captive patient under her care. Early in their 'scene', she would give him more of his 'medication', which he assumed was only to keep his libido firing on all cylinders; his member still flagged hard against the confines of the diaper, it standing proud and firm in respect to the erotic nature of their perverse play.
Then, with a playful smile, she'd gotten him into a wheelchair, with mention of giving him a little tour of her workplace. He was reluctant to leave the privacy of their secluded room, but on the other hand, he thought it might be hot to feel a slight bit of exhibitionism; what would it hurt? It was the dead of night, wasn't it? Nobody important would be here!
While wheeling him down the hall, they would pass by some of the padded rooms, and that was when her phone buzzed. Pausing briefly to pluck it from her pocket, the woman began to freak out:
"Oh, shit... One of the administrators is here. She's asking why I signed in, says to come meet her in the lobby immediately."
The man's blood ran cold. Were they getting caught? Would he be humiliated? Would she lose her job? Her working here was the only thing keeping their finances afloat!
"What, really? Should I hide?"
She looked to think about it for a moment, and then dutifully nodded her head.
"Yes, we need to hide you right away. Here, there's an empty room...You just need to pretend you're a patient for a little while, until she's gone and then we can sneak you back out."
He would be alone in that padded room for the better part of an hour, just sitting in his diaper, and unfortunately starting to feel an uncomfortable urgency in his lower gut. At the thirty minute mark, he'd already started to rip farts to relieve the pressure, and he hoped that his girlfriend would hurry up, because otherwise...
The door would eventually open, but it wouldn't just be his girlfriend on the other side of it. With her was a terse looking woman, and his girlfriend was giving him a knowing look, as if to say he needed to continue his act.
"So, this is the new patient?"
"Yes, ma'am. He was admitted earlier tonight; I came out to get him settled in. He has a very low IQ, and violent tendencies, so I already administered a sedative. The prognosis looks grim, I'm afraid."
The older woman frowned and stepped closer, as if to give a more discerning eye, and that was when he knew he needed to lay it on thick.
He didn't know a whole lot about intellectual disabilities, but he knew enough about the crude stereotypes to make an effort; he allowed his face to slacken, his mouth gaping open in a drooly stupor, while his eyes lost focus, and he let out a low moan. Thankfully, as an added measure, he was able to blow another juicy rasp of gas into his diaper, which loudly rumbled underneath him.
"And why wasn't I alerted about this?"
"It was all very last minute. I figured I could get it handled without bothering you; I had no idea you would be making a trip out here at this hour."
As the administrator leaned in forward, as if to inspect the new 'patient' for any signs of impropriety, the man felt a much sharper cramp wracking his bowels. With a belabored groan, he twisted his face and leaned forward himself, knowing that this would be two birds with one big-ass stone.
He really had to shit, and his girlfriend really needed him to sell this whole incompetence act.
His lips pursed, his eyes shut, and the flood let loose; the extreme bulk of the diaper helped to muffle the disgusting sounds of his droppings plopping rapidly out like a waterfall, but it was still loud enough to make clear what he was doing.
Embarrassingly, as the sloppy shit piled up underneath his buttcheeks, and soaked the absorbent core of the diaper, he felt his member pressing hard against the front of the diaper, creating a tiny bulge of excited manhood. He suspected it was the medicine that he should blame, for making his libido have such a hair trigger, but the humiliation of being seen as becoming horny for his own poop, was crushing.
The administrative woman backed away, cringing with disgust at the sights and smells of the mockery in front of her. She gave the woman beside her a suspicious look, but didn't say anything else about the unusual circumstances for which their new patient had seemingly arrived.
She would leave the room, leaving just him and his girlfriend, and he would of course be reeling from the fact that he had just crapped his pants like a retard.
"Ugh...Feels so gross...How long do we have to do this? Is she leaving?"
"No...Not yet. It might be a little while. I'll send someone to get you cleaned up, but you might need to stay like this overnight."
"Overnight?! You can't be serious!"
"Calm down, baby. I could get fired if they find out what we did...Or worse. I just need some time for things to settle down."
A few days would pass, and then a week, always with his girlfriend promising that it was almost over. She'd give him pills every day, but she'd claim it was only for appearances, and that they weren't going to do anything to him. All the same, it definitely felt like something was happening to him.
Keeping up the act was mortifying, but oddly enough, it would become easier with each passing day. It would feel less like work, and more like a natural state of being for him. Vacant, drooly, poopy, horny...
After over a week had passed, he'd all but lost his patience for playing the waiting game. His girlfriend got to go home every day, while he was stuck in a padded room with shit plastered to his ass, and with his arms pinned to his chest. He felt like he might be losing his mind, and consequences or not, he knew he couldn't last here much longer.
"Ashley...Gotta...Ya gotta get me out. Can't do this anymore..." He groaned one evening, as she changed his soggy diaper.
"Oh, Logan...Its gotten more complicated than that. You're in the system, you're a part of the schedule. Your files don't have anything in them about being released."
"...Files?"
He hadn't given the logistics of this scheme much thought, but now the wheels were turning in his head. It was one thing to be passed off as a patient for a brief scene, to trick someone, but how could his stay be overlooked for as long as it had been without any documentation? He was taking up a room, resources, medication...
"Yes, sweetie. Your patient file. Someone in your state can't get better or be rehabilitated, so there's no way to get you out without admitting that you never belonged here in the first place." She cooed softly, lifting his legs to insert something unpleasant within him, before taping the immense diaper up.
Logan was too distraught to acknowledge the two suppositories that she'd just snuck in, or maybe too numbed by the pills he shouldn't have been receiving. He shook his head and grimaced.
"Babe, I don't care how, but you gotta fix this. I don't belong here...I'm losing it...How do I even have files? I'm not a patient!"
She smiled and tightened the strap of his straitjacket underneath the undercarriage of the diaper. "I had to make them, of course...Don't worry though, I got help from a coworker to make sure they're a perfect forgery."
"...A coworker?"
The woman nodded, "Brad. He's another doctor here, a surgeon. We've been spending more time together, now that I get so lonely in that home of ours..."
Logan's blood boiled, "W-what? Are you cheating on me?!"
Ashley laughed, more cruelly this time. "Isn't that the pot calling the kettle black? You think I haven't known about all the girls you've been seeing behind my back? And after you promised it wouldn't happen again. What did you call it? A sex addiction? Maybe you belong here more than you think, if you're really so mentally unwell."
The man began to wiggle and writhe against his restraints, which just made the woman in the lab coat laugh. "F-fuck you! It's different for a man!"
Ashley tapped her finger against his nose, "Mm, is it? Interesting position. Now, I think maybe I should be a little more honest with you, now that we're officially breaking up. This was the plan all along, ever since I brought you here for our 'steamy tryst' in the lab room. I made sure to plan things just right, so we'd get caught with your pants down."
A gurgling fart suddenly erupted in the back of his diaper, a violent burst brought upon him by the staggering power that the suppositories were lording over his volatile bowels. Perhaps shock could also be to blame, as he'd just been bluntly informed that his presence here was no mistake on the path to being rectified, and worse still, he was learning of his newfound role as a cuck.
The aggressive force of the flatulence felt as though it may split him in twain, and what crept in the wake of the gassy display, was pillar upon pillar of fetid brown mush. He'd been confined to his bottom, due to the nature of the straitjacket, so he desperately leaned himself forward, until he was at least resting on his knees. The extra space given to his bottom would allow the messy meltdown in his diaper to continue relatively unabated, even though he still struggled as the more solid of the masses fought against the tight strap running up the back of the diaper.
His now ex-girlfriend cooed at him, lording over him from above high. "Oh, is my little man making some big poopies? That's okay, we got you in those extra big diapers, just for that, and with those plastic pants too? You can sit in your stinkies all day."
She bent down to rub at his thickly padded crotch, "In your stickies too. Won't that be nice? Maybe you can think about all your precious sluts as you impregnate this poor, poopy pair of Pampers."
Even with his belly bloating and his colon rebelling, Ashley's touch was still electrifying, and he could feel his member hardening to push firmly against the claustrophobic confines of the increasingly shit-packed diaper that was now stuck to his ass. A moan escaped his drooly lips, and that elicited an amused chuckle from the doctor.
"We better get you done quickly though. That medicine I gave you early is going to start kicking in, and you're going to be too out of it to string a thought together, let alone crank your hog."
Her rubbing became quicker, slicking neatly across the plastic. "If you behave yourself, and if you learn to live like this, then you can still get this every day...Okay? If you don't, well...I told you Brad is a surgeon, didn't I?"
It wasn't clear what the implication was supposed to be, but what was clear, was the fact that she had no plan to ever let him out of this padded room. So as he sat there on his knees, diapers tenting at both ends, he had to acknowledge that this was indeed no game being played.
As he finally blew his sticky load, which came simultaneously with a gassy, gooey geyser of simmering sludge on the backend, he made a promise that he wouldn't let her get away with it.
Both her and her little boy-toy would pay for this, if it was the last thing he did.
