There's a saying that a man's value is in his wealth and honor, but a woman's value is in her appearance and figure. Heo Seong-ah, belonging to the top tier of this hierarchy, had lived a life of unparalleled happiness.
From elementary school until now, at 20 years old, having just entered university.
She had received confessions from hundreds of men, and to increase her value, she had never dated a boyfriend, remaining a virgin.
She always wore thin tops that revealed her figure and leggings or skirts that accentuated her legs, while stubbornly maintaining long wavy hair, the undisputed number one hairstyle favored by men.
She wore light makeup to emphasize her innocence.
She greeted everyone with a smile, expressing her likability.
Even if you brought a confirmed bachelor who claimed to have no interest in women, he would surely fall for her at first sight.
Thanks to her efforts, Heo Seong-ah, who earned the nickname "Goddess of the Engineering Department" within a month of entering university, hung out with wealthy men and lived a life of luxury.
If she were to marry a handsome, kind-hearted man with a silver spoon, it would be a perfect life beyond compare.
However.
As is often the case.
Grand life plans are bound to crumble miserably.
"Miss Heo Seong-ah. Is that correct?"
As she was heading to university as usual, a man wearing a hat blocked her path.
The five-pointed star logo on his navy blue hat and work uniform chest indicated he was a [National Shared Property Facility] administrator.
"Why is a National Shared Property Facility administrator here..."
With the gender ratio at 1:99, humanity was on the brink of extinction.
It had been 30 years since the implementation of a grand system that recognized women as private property, guaranteeing men's sexual freedom and producing offspring.
With a 100% approval rate for the bill, thanks to men's active support, it became a successful policy.
Ill-mannered women become livestock.
Rebellious women become livestock.
Criminal women become livestock.
Women whose human rights were revoked could easily become livestock for the slightest mistake.
Knowing this fact better than anyone as a woman, Heo Seong-ah had aimed for a modest life and never did anything to displease men.
Therefore, she couldn't understand why her name was on the shared property facility list.
If there was one thing that came to mind...
"No way, that bastard..."
The second son of the current National Shared Property Facility director was a classmate attending the same university as Heo Seong-ah.
A few days ago, he had publicly confessed to Heo Seong-ah in a crowded lecture hall, and she had bluntly rejected his courageous confession.
"...No answer. I'll ask again. Are you Miss Heo Seong-ah?"
"N-no, I'm not..."
"Hmm..."
The man alternately looked at the clear file in his hand and her face, cross-checking.
"...This is your last chance. Are you Miss Heo Seong-ah?"
"Ugh..."
Seong-ah looked for an escape route.
Somehow, another administrator had appeared behind her, blocking her way.
Both sides were blocked by buildings, leaving no way out.
If she used all her strength to body-slam them, she might be able to escape.
But knowing the terrible things that happen to women who refuse to enter the shared property facility and run away... she couldn't move her body, having been thoroughly educated about it through mandatory education.
"Yes. That's right. I'm Heo Seong-ah."
"I see."
Having completed the verification process, the administrator calmly read the documents.
On the first page containing Heo Seong-ah's personal information, her crime was written in red letters.
[Application of the Insolence Law. Special livestock serving 2 years]
"Hmm..."
Just for rejecting the confession of the director's second son and leaving him with an embarrassing memory, Heo Seong-ah was stripped of her human rights and reduced to livestock for satisfying men's sexual desires.
Not just ordinary livestock used in public facilities, but special livestock where any harsh treatment is allowed.
The administrator thought Seong-ah's sentence was unreasonable, but as a mere employee, he wouldn't stand up for a woman he didn't know.
He simply carried out his duties as a shared property facility employee without emotion.
"Heo Seong-ah. Age 20. From 10:33 AM today, you will become state-certified shared property and serve as special livestock for 2 years. Do you have any questions about this?"
"What?! Wait a moment..!! Special livestock... and 2 years of service?! What great crime did I commit?!"
"Hmm... According to this, you acted as a gold digger. A man you swindled has filed a complaint against you."
"When did I ever..!"
People began to gather one by one at the commotion.
Unable to tell the real reason, the administrator made up an excuse, and of course, Heo Seong-ah, who had never committed such a crime, was furious with the injustice.
"If you want to appeal, you can go to court within a month."
"Then during that period... will my entry into the shared property facility be delayed?"
"No. Miss Heo becomes shared property right here, right now."
"Then how am I supposed to..."
"You'll have to manage somehow."
It was nonsense.
From the moment she becomes shared property, a woman's freedom is not guaranteed.
There's no way to go to court for an appeal, nor is there time given to do so.
In other words, it meant to stop being stubborn and quietly serve as special livestock for 2 years.
"N-no, I don't want this! I don't want to become livestock!!"
All her life plans up to now turn to bubbles.
No matter how much one might enjoy lewd acts, no woman would be foolish enough to volunteer to become shared property.
"Please don't resist. Do you intend to cause more disturbance here?"
It wasn't a common sight to see an ordinary person being handed over as livestock on the street, so people packed tightly in front and behind.
Everyone raised their phones high above their heads to capture images of Heo Seong-ah.
"Do you need an explanation of what happens if you refuse to become livestock?"
"Ugh..."
"Please accept it quietly, Miss Heo Seong-ah."
No matter how unfair, it was the fate of a woman designated as shared property to follow orders for now.
"I'll say it again. Heo Seong-ah. Age 20. From 10:37 AM today, you will become state-certified shared property and serve as special livestock for 2 years. Do you have any questions about this?"
"Um... no..."
"I see. Understood."
After confirming the contract details, the administrator opened a third document.
It was a document specifying the types of restraints to be used when transporting livestock.
Among the 9 levels, Heo Seong-ah, whose crime was considered minor, was to receive the mildest [Level 1: Limb Restraint].
"Then we'll begin transporting Miss Heo Seong-ah. Please remove all the clothing you're wearing right now."
"What?! Right here in this place?"
"Why are you surprised? Once you become special livestock, you'll experience far worse humiliation than this."
"B-but..."
"If you don't hurry, I'll raise the restraint level."
"Ugh..."
Gritting her teeth in shame, Seong-ah fidgeted with both hands, conflicted.
Unfortunately, the clothes she was wearing now were a black sleeveless dress.
Today, she only had morning lectures and no appointments, so out of laziness, she wasn't even wearing a bra.
It was a disaster brought on by the naive thought that she didn't need to wear one because the dress had cups in the lining.
To expose her lewd private parts in front of an audience...?
"N-no, I don't want to..."
The numerous eyes staring at her made her hesitate.
"...One minute has passed. I'll raise Miss Heo Seong-ah's restraint to level 2."
"W-wait! Just give me a little time to think..."
"I'll count to 10. If you disobey the order, the restraint level will continue to rise."
The administrator mercilessly looked at his wristwatch and began counting down.
"Alright... I'll take it off..!"
Heo Seong-ah quickly pulled the dress over her head and took it off.
Her voluptuous breasts, without any covering, fell with a jiggle.
An attractive body that drew men's gazes.
Click, click, the sound of camera shutters rang out from here and there.
"Were you always a pervert who doesn't wear underwear?"
"T-this is..."
"Enough, just hurry up and take it off."
"Hnngh..."
Exposing her chest was already embarrassing enough.
Sadly, it wasn't over yet.
"Uuugh..."
With a tearful expression, Seong-ah bit her lip and grabbed the sides of her panties, pulling them down to her ankles.
As she took off her shoes, she removed her panties from her ankles and covered her chest and crotch with both arms, her cheeks flushed.
The naked body of a pure, untainted woman.
Her breasts, pressed by her hands and spread like dumplings, emphasized their extreme softness even to the eye.
Lecherous gazes could be felt here and there, directed at her completely naked body without a single thread.
"Since you didn't undress within 10 seconds, as promised, we'll implement level 3 restraints."
"That's...!"
Seong-ah, who was about to voice her complaint, eventually closed her mouth tightly and remained silent.
"You've made a good choice. Unnecessary resistance will only raise the restraint level."
"Ugh..."
As he slightly tilted his head and gave a signal with his eyes, the administrator standing behind Seong-ah approached and fixed her hands behind her back.
"Kyaa..!"
With her arms restrained, Seong-ah could no longer cover her body.
She revealed her private parts, which she had never shown to anyone before, with eyes wide like a startled rabbit.
