"Ah... Did they say they injected an enema solution..?"
The female doctor, confirming Seong-ah's condition, gave instructions to the administrator with a glance.
As this wasn't a rare occurrence, the administrator, familiar with how to handle the current situation, brought a transparent bucket.
"Since it's a good opportunity, I'll educate you about 'livestock excretion'."
"Ugh... Yes..?"
The administrator pressed Seong-ah's knees to make her squat, then spread her legs wide horizontally.
"Kyaa..!"
Seong-ah reflexively let out a short scream as her pussy, which she wanted to hide as a woman, was fully exposed.
But it didn't end there.
Both hands were raised high and placed behind her head...
Her waist was forcibly straightened by pressing near the tailbone.
It was identical to the livestock excretion posture she had taken earlier when urinating.
"Since it's your first time, if you stay like that, the administrators will take care of it."
A bucket was placed under Seong-ah's buttocks as she squatted.
Only then did she realize she had to defecate right here and now, and she turned pale.
"Um, uh... Hnngh, you want me to do it here?"
"There are no toilets for livestock to use in the shared property facility. You can refuse to excrete, but right now we exceptionally need to empty your bowels for the physical examination. So it's better to do it while I'm asking nicely, don't you think?"
"Nnngh..."
"When excreting, you must always plead to the administrator. For urination, ask 'May livestock [your name] urinate?' For defecation, ask 'May I defecate?' This is a basic rule that applies even after completing the training process at the shared property facility, so remember it. Understand?"
"T-that's..."
"Well, if you don't do it, you won't be able to go for the rest of your life~"
"Hnngh..."
"Then try it once."
One of the administrators took out a phone and started recording a video.
There was nothing more entertaining than filming a female's excretion process with a camera.
"Ugh..."
She didn't want to do it.
She didn't want to, but...
Even though the current situation was so shameful it brought tears to her eyes...
As female livestock, there was no other choice.
"Sob... May livestock Heo Seong-ah defecate..? Hnngh..."
"Yes. Well done."
The female doctor signaled the administrator with her eyes.
"From now on, you can only excrete when you get a 'Yes, permitted' answer from the administrator. Keep in mind that you need the administrator's permission for anything else... I'll let you excrete right away now."
When the administrator pressed the base of the anal plug with his hand, the air that had been tightly held by the sphincter leaked out.
Simultaneously with the sound of air escaping weakly, Seong-ah's body twitched.
"Huk!"
Pududuk─
The shrunken plug came out on its own with a slurp.
Immediately after, the enema solution that had filled her body poured out through her gaping anus.
The enema solution, which had broken down secretions, was expelled in the form of an odorless blue jelly, making it impossible to tell at a glance that it was excrement from a human body.
"Kuk..! Hiiik!"
The release from over 7 hours of abdominal pain.
Seong-ah smiled pleasantly, forgetting her shame as she savored the pleasure of excretion.
"Sob, hnngh..."
The shame that swept over her at the end of excretion.
She was so embarrassed she wanted to hide in a mouse hole if there was one.
"Well done. From now on, female excretion will be managed, so you can only excrete twice a day... I hope you hold it well. Now, shall we start the physical examination?"
The female doctor held a chart in her hand and pointed to the right with her eyes.
"Lie down there."
"Yes..?"
Seong-ah looked to the side, following the female doctor's gaze.
There was a gynecological chair that could hardly be called a chair, where one had to lie down at an angle with legs spread wide.
A chair that evokes intense shame as a woman.
Seong-ah had seen that chair a few times before, and even when she had sticky vaginal discharge during her school days, she remembered being so afraid of going to the gynecologist because of that chair that she just took some medicine from the pharmacy and endured.
That's how cruel the gynecological chair was, utterly destroying a woman's dignity.
"Miss Heo Seong-ah."
"Yes?"
The female doctor, standing with one leg forward and arms crossed, looked at her watch once and then signaled to the administrator.
One of the administrators nodded and punched Seong-ah's abdomen with all his might.
"Kuk!"
An intense pain she had never felt before in her life.
For her, who had lived a princess-like life with her good looks and figure, the effect of this physical violence was tremendous.
She, who had almost lost her breath for a moment, groaned and bent her upper body forward.
But the administrator grabbed her hair to prevent her from doing so.
"Augh!"
"I won't say it twice. Go and sit down."
"Hnngh, y-yes..!"
Seong-ah stood up on her own and moved with trembling steps to sit on the gynecological chair.
The chair had Y-shaped supports to kindly allow her legs to spread.
As soon as she put her feet up, they were firmly restrained, and she couldn't get up on her own.
Though her hands were free, it was obvious what would happen if she resisted or tried to cover her breasts or genitals here.
The female doctor pulled her chair over with a scraping sound and sat below Seong-ah.
"The entire physical examination process will be recorded."
"Why... Why..?"
She couldn't understand why they kept taking videos.
Seong-ah was utterly confused.
"Did you just ask 'Why..?'"
Zzzzt.
The female doctor frowned and signaled to the administrator again.
The administrator stood over Seong-ah's head and gripped her shoulders tightly.
As if about to break her collarbone...
He pressed down on her shoulders with all his might.
"Aak... Kyaaaaaah!!"
"It hurts, doesn't it? So stay still. Why do you keep bringing trouble on yourself, Miss Heo Seong-ah?"
"Sob, aaah..! I was staying still..!"
"Of course, your body was still, but your mouth moved on its own. Miss Heo Seong-ah, you just need to quietly endure whatever is done to you. Questions like 'Why?' or 'How come?' should not come out of your mouth from now on. Understand?"
"Yes..! I-I'm sorry..!"
Only then did the administrator release his grip on her shoulders.
Her whole body trembled as strength left it.
Seong-ah fixed her gaze on the female doctor while sniffling tears.
"Our conversation went off track for a moment. Back to the point... From now on, Miss Heo Seong-ah will undergo a physical examination, and the entire process will be recorded."
"Yes..."
"We need to prove whether any physical problems that may occur to Miss Heo Seong-ah in the future happened inside the shared property facility."
"Hnngh..."
"Don't be so discouraged. If you fail the physical examination, you'll be discharged from the shared property facility."
"R-really..?"
Seong-ah's face brightened with a glimmer of hope.
"My, are you that happy? For a criminal..."
The female doctor, snorting, stopped the small talk and picked up an examination tool.
It looked like a vernier caliper.
"We've received data on breast size, weight, and height from the hospital. The areas I'm going to measure now are important as a female, so you could get hurt if you move or resist. You understand without me saying, right?"
"Yes..."
"Then let's begin."
First, she measured the breast size.
Using a tape measure to measure the chest circumference, she recorded it as 75E cup, comparing it with Seong-ah's body.
Next, she used the vernier caliper to measure the size of her nipples.
"Hnng..."
"Don't move, Miss Heo Seong-ah."
"Yes..!"
Her waist involuntarily trembled at the chilling sensation of the cold metal touching her.
She measured the diameter and length of the nipples, and even recorded the diameter of the areolas.
She also recorded calculated predictions about how much the breasts might grow in case of future pregnancy.
After finishing the breast measurements, she measured the hip and pelvic sizes.
"Lower your waist a bit more."
"Hnngh..."
Seong-ah, pulling her hips down as instructed, blushed imagining how shameful she must look.
She gritted her teeth and turned her head, but...
There was no way she could cover her body.
"Hmm... Do you manage your pubic hair?"
"No..."
"Very few people are born with this shape naturally."
The female doctor looked enviously at the well-placed inverted triangle of straight pubic hair.
"Have you used your pussy?"
"Yes..?"
"I'm asking if you've had sex. Oh, looking at the special notes... Of course you haven't, right?"
"Y-yes..."
Pubic hair, pussy, sex, virgin...
Seong-ah wasn't used to hearing such explicit, lewd words directly.
Though she hadn't said them herself, she felt unnecessarily embarrassed and her face grew redder.
The female doctor brought a funnel-shaped disposable plastic speculum and inserted it into Seong-ah's pussy.
"Hnngh..!"
"Bear with it."
The speculum caught at the front part opened up, and the hole that had been tightly closed spread wide.
The inside of the pussy, which had never been used, was covered in sticky love juices forming cobweb-like strands.
The vaginal folds, exposed to the air, writhed grotesquely.
"The hymen is intact, and the secretion of love juices is good... Usually, we'd measure things like the number of vaginal folds or the shape of the cervix, but I can't do that for Miss Heo Seong-ah right now."
The female doctor, having written down the measured information by hand, picked up a metal rod that looked like an ear pick, despite her regret.
She boldly inserted it into the hole, past the hymen, and gently scraped the love juices near the donut-shaped cervix.
"Nng, nngh..."
It wasn't painful, but the creepy sensation was unpleasant.
"Sob..."
Being toyed with in her most precious place, surrounded by strangers.
The intense shame that couldn't be expressed in words caused a throbbing headache.
Now she just...
Hated everything.
She closed her eyes tightly, desperately wishing for this time to pass quickly.
