Ah.
It's my turn to tell the story again after a while.
You've been reading that fucking bastard's records, right?
Let's go back to my story. You read chapter 16, right? About how that bastard Kwak Young-cheol moved us to a two-room officetel... a clean place our family could never have dreamed of?
Rewinding to that point, it's now time for us to become adults.
======
December 31, 2022.
I've just had my birthday and finally become an adult. Ah—of course, my twin sister Kang Mi-hyun who was born 5 minutes apart from me too.
"Happy birthday son! And daughter too! Blow out the candles together"
"....Suddenly throwing a party you never did before?"
"Your mom's earning well these days, hehe"
"How can you buy Dior while working as an accountant at a car center?"
"It's not a car center, it's a used car dealership"
"Whatever"
"You don't need to know, kid"
Mom had been working at Kwak Young-cheol's used car dealership since August and was still doing well. Knowing Mom's abilities, I really couldn't understand at first, but...
As time passed, it became obvious.
What kind of tricks Kwak Young-cheol was trying to pull by taking Mom there.
Especially after September 10th. After seeing what that bastard wrote on Mom's stomach, my suspicions solidified into certainty.
"By the way Mom, now that my birthday's passed, shouldn't we visit Dad?"
"Oppa. What's the point of seeing that man?"
"What do you mean? He's still our dad—"
"Has that so-called father ever helped us? I don't want to, you go if you want"
"....."
Mi-hyun had always particularly disliked Dad. Well, I can understand why... but I had my reasons for bringing up Dad.
Ding dong!
"Oh, it must be Young-cheol ahjussi"
"Yeah. He didn't say he was coming today though"
When I opened the door of the officetel that bastard Young-cheol bought us, there stood our benefactor Kwak Young-cheol. With his toad-like face wearing that insidious smile I disliked from the moment I first saw him.
"Wow. Already having a party?"
"Oh my, oppa. What's all this?"
"Gasp... are these presents?"
Kwak Young-cheol was holding several gift boxes in both arms like Santa, even though it wasn't Christmas.
Why is this man suddenly coming to our home, you ask?
Well, this guy has been acting like he's already our new dad for a few weeks now.
This two-room officetel we're living in is actually in Kwak Young-cheol's name.
It seems he's paying at least several hundred thousand won in monthly rent for us, and didn't even take a deposit.
Maybe that's why Mom accepts it as natural when he visits frequently like it's his own home (which it actually is) since we moved in.
"So. I heard our Hyeon-seong did really well on his exams this time?"
"Oppa, he got the top grade overall! Isn't that great?"
"Wow. That's really amazing. He couldn't have gotten that from your brains"
"Oh oppa!"
Kwak Young-cheol laughed heartily, pretending to be jovial. He was acting like he was really going to become our new dad, and Mom seemed to be completely forgetting Dad and starting anew with him.
"Here, take this. You'll need a laptop when you enter university next year"
"...Thank you"
"Gasp. This is awesome. Hey. Oppa, how much was it?"
"I don't know. I told Cheol-ho to get one within a 2 million won budget"
"Wow wow. Thank you so much. Thanks to Cheol-ho-ssi too. Hyeon-seong, you should say thank you too"
"...Thank you ahjussi. I'll use it well"
"Hahaha alright"
Ah, that pretense of being generous... that sly bastard.
It's annoying how Mom keeps clinging to him and linking arms while talking, and how he casually puts his arm around Mom's waist in front of us.
But what's even more infuriating is
"Ahjussi! What about mine?"
"Haha. I prepared something for Mi-hyun too"
"What is it... gasp! A Chanel wallet! Holy sh— I mean, sorry... I'll use it well, ahjussi!"
"Why are you giving her such expensive things? She's already repeating a year and needs to be scolded"
"Oh Mom!"
The way he acts like he's our 'father'.
Even my sister Kang Mi-hyun has already forgotten Dad and is sucking up to him like that... sigh.
Of course, Dad always cursed at Mi-hyun, hit her, and yelled at her... he didn't even give pocket money, let alone money for school supplies, while Kwak Young-cheol keeps showering us with gifts—
But still, this isn't right.
"Now, since you're adults, you can drink alcohol right?"
"What? Ah, no..."
"I like alcohol!"
"What? Mi-hyun, when did you learn to drink?"
"Hehe. Well..."
That blockhead.
But I couldn't say anything bad about him in front of Mom who works at his company, in the home he provided for us.
"Ah. Come to think of it, Mi-hyun has to repeat a year so that's that, but Hyeon-seong, you have free time now that the college entrance exam is over, right?"
"Ah... yes"
"Want to work part-time at my business? I'll pay you generously"
"Um... I'll think about it"
"Alright. Make sure to come"
"You're going to give him a part-time job?"
But Mom doesn't seem to like that suggestion.
"Yeah. Give him an easy job and some pocket money. Why?"
"...Um... well..."
"Tsk. I'm the boss offering a job"
"..."
What's this? Seems like there's something going on.
Just then, the New Year's Eve bell rang on the TV we had left on. January after turning 19. The year we become legal adults.
"Alright! You're really legally adults now! Let's have a drink!"
Kwak Young-cheol was strangely excited as he told Mom to set the table for drinks.
Again, he's been acting like he and Mom are a married couple for quite a while now.
=====
My first time drinking alcohol.
What taste do people find in this? I shuddered at the harsh, bitter taste of diluted soju.
"Puhaha! Hyeon-seong really can't handle alcohol hehe"
"I told you he can't do that stuff. Right, my son? My son is such a good boy, he's never had alcohol or cigarettes until now"
"Mi-hyun drinks well though. Wow. How much have you drunk before?"
"Hehe. A little with friends?"
"Don't even start, oppa. She's really a problem child, you know? Does it make sense that she attended less than 50 days in her entire third year?"
"You're one to talk, you didn't even graduate high school"
"Hey! I went through so much to raise you two!"
"I heard from Dad that grandma and grandpa did all the raising!"
A childish fight between mother and daughter. Actually, Mom is only 32 in age, but her mental age is on par with Mi-hyun. Looking at her behavior, she's no different from high school seniors.
"Alright, alright. Stop fighting. Hyeon-seong looks sleepy... let's wrap up here and go rest"
"Okay..."
So our first adult drinking party in the living room ended, but...
Kwak Young-cheol had no intention of leaving.
Too naturally, he put his hand around Mom's waist as she was cleaning up the table and whispered affectionately.
Even though we siblings were watching.
"Oppa. Let's go to the room"
"Okay..."
Mi-hyun pulled my arm, noticing the atmosphere, and made me come into our room.
"....."
Just before I entered the room, I glanced back and saw him putting his lips on Mom's earlobe and whispering.
That fucking bastard.
But Mi-hyun didn't say anything even though she clearly saw that.
Unable to stand it anymore, as soon as I entered our room I confronted Mi-hyun.
"Hey. Aren't you angry? Isn't that bastard going too far? Doing that to Mom in front of us..."
"So what? Fuck, when Dad was here he even had sex with Mom right next to us"
"But that was Dad..."
"Oppa. Wake up. Dad? That bastard Young-cheol ahjussi makes Mom happier, gives us money, does everything for us, how long are you going to keep talking about Dad..."
"......"
I have nothing to say.
=====
The two-room officetel Kwak Young-cheol provided is of course a living room with 2 bedrooms.
The main bedroom is Mom's room and I still had to share a room with Mi-hyun.
Of course, since we had lived most of our lives crammed together as a family of 4 in that dingy studio, it wasn't particularly uncomfortable.
So when we entered the room and Mi-hyun just turned around and undressed in front of me, it was nothing unusual.
"Ah I'm sleepy. Is it because I drank?"
Mi-hyun was wearing a loose box tee and dolphin shorts that showed half her butt, which she had put on because Kwak Young-cheol came over. Usually she just walks around in panties and a t-shirt.
Ah... I haven't mentioned it until now, but Mi-hyun also takes after Mom in that while she's not good at studying, her body is far from ordinary.
She's already 170cm tall with 70G cup breasts. Mom is 70E cup so Mi-hyun is two sizes bigger. Her waist is also slim at 24 inches.
Her hips aren't as big as Mom's but at 39 inches, objectively speaking her lower body is insane even though she's my sister.
Ah, I'm saying this in case you misunderstand, but I'm not having any weird thoughts. She told me this directly herself. She said she's already famous from some Twitter activity or something, and kept reciting her body measurements to me. Saying guys go crazy just from her body photos.
Anyway, we're real siblings and have lived together for so long that I didn't feel anything special.
Just that her breasts are big, her waist is slim. It was just objective information.
So even when she took off her t-shirt, took off her dolphin shorts, and took off her bra saying her breasts felt uncomfortable, then put on a loose see-through t-shirt with no bra and lay down to sleep, I didn't feel any particular emotion.
"Good night. Turn off the light"
"You turn it off"
"I lay down first so you turn it off"
"So fucking annoying"
Mi-hyun grumbled as usual, turned off the light while complaining, and lay down right next to me.
There was no choice. It's a two-room place but we use the small room, and since I study I even set up a desk and chair, so when we lay out the folding mattress on the remaining floor space it was just enough width for us to touch.
With the effects of alcohol I drank for the first time in my life, I plunged straight into a dream as soon as I closed my eyes. Splash.
...
As I was swimming in my dream, suddenly a strange sound pulled me out of my swimming.
"...Ahhn... haa... ah!"
"...?"
Still half-asleep from the deep slumber pressing down on me, I woke up partially
"Ack! Ah! Ah!"
For a moment I thought we had gone back to when Dad was here.
Of course, Dad in prison hadn't been released... but who was making Mom scream like that in the next room?
Just as I was trying to think with my foggy mind after waking up
"Ah... it's too strong oppa... ah... fuck me harder❤"
"You crazy bitch, you'll wake your son in the next room hehe"
Smack!
A sharp sound of flesh being slapped came from the next room, Mom's room
"You like it? You fucking bitch, would you like it if your son wakes up and masturbates listening to you getting fucked? Hehe"
I heard an unbelievably vulgar, crazy conversation so clearly.
I knew the soundproofing was almost non-existent but... to hear it this clearly...
No, more than that, what the hell is that bastard doing?
With his son, me, in the next room, so blatantly...?!
'Is he fucking crazy?'
Angry, I clenched my fists wanting to rush out right away, but
"Haa... ah it feels so good..."
"Huff... huff... really? You'd be okay with your son masturbating while watching you?"
"I love it... ah... I love it oppa huff... huff..."
"......"
In that moment, I lost all words and felt all the strength drain from my body.
