When Yuliana rescued the group from Frey, they were all in a terrible physical state.
Priah, who had exhausted her magic trying to protect Seri and Bell from Frey's attack, showed signs of fatigue even after returning to the magic tower, to the point where her hands were shaking.
Seri and Bell, who had been rescued, were still unconscious.
Bell was in a deep sleep due to Yuliana's magic, so she would naturally wake up soon, but Seri, who had been directly controlled by Aris and suffered multiple injuries, would likely take a long time to recover.
And Sien, who had been rescued by Yuliana after blocking Frey alone, had deep wounds all over her body, so she needed to rest at the magic tower for a while.
Thanks to the magic infused by Si-hyun, which healed her wounds somewhat, she could regain consciousness quickly just by replenishing a bit of her depleted magic, but her condition hadn't recovered yet, making it difficult for her to move on her own.
However, instead of choosing to rest quietly, Sien hoped to return to the mansion, so Yuliana was preparing to take her back to where they came from.
"Magic Tower Master, is it really okay to move like this?"
"Yes. Don't worry. The wounds have almost healed, and my condition is good."
"But you're not fully recovered yet. You can't even walk properly..."
Sien silently shook her head from side to side.
And she handed Yuliana a scroll.
This meant she wanted Yuliana to take her to the portal leading to Si-hyun's mansion.
Yuliana, who received it, let out a short sigh.
"Sien, Seri will wake up soon too. Wouldn't it be better to wait a bit longer, finish the treatment, and then move?"
"It'll take too long to wait until then. And I checked earlier that Seri's condition is worse than mine. Even if she wakes up, she'll be very tired, so it's better to let her rest without worrying about anything else."
Yuliana quietly closed her mouth.
There was nothing wrong in Sien's words.
The biggest part of the damage Seri suffered from Aris's control was psychological.
Since she had stabbed her own wrist to escape Aris's control, Seri had a deep wound on her wrist.
However, as a priestess who was highly regarded within the church, Seri's divine power had the ability to protect her master's body even in confusion.
Thanks to this, even though she had stabbed herself with enough force to kill, it didn't become a fatal wound.
However, when she attacked Si-hyun while trying to stop him from intervening, she had inserted the dagger with enough force to cause a fatal wound.
Seri, who had to watch the entire process with a clear mind, seemed to be having long nightmares even in her unconscious state.
In the case of Sien, who was attacked indiscriminately by Frey, she had regained consciousness for the purpose of checking Si-hyun's situation, but the shock of Seri attacking her master seemed too great.
"Yes. As you said, Seri can't do anything right now. And she's also contaminated with bad magic from Aris's dagger."
"Since Seri is human, her recovery time will be longer than ours."
Even the beastmen, who are vulnerable to magic, have the ability to gradually eliminate magic that has penetrated their bodies over time.
And most elves, who are born with a considerable amount of magic, are generally protected from magic.
However, humans have no ability to shake off magic that has begun to penetrate them on their own.
This was why the entire city of humans beyond the border was corrupted by the magic of the demon tribe.
Fortunately, Yuliana and other magicians in the magic tower had already conducted some research on magic.
Using the magic they developed from that research, they were treating Seri's condition to stabilize it.
"What do you think about receiving treatment and resting with Seri?"
"Yuliana, I know you're worried, but I wasn't affected by magic, and my only problem is moving."
Sien turned her head to look at Yuliana.
"If the mansion was still in a dangerous state, I wouldn't be stubborn. Right now, I'm not even a little bit useful in battle. But since you said earlier that our lord successfully subdued both Aris and Frey, I don't think I'll be a hindrance."
Yuliana nodded slightly.
"Then let's move slowly."
"......Sien, I'm not stopping you because I'm worried about your condition, am I?"
Sien nodded slightly.
"I know what you're thinking, and I somewhat understand why you're stopping me."
"You know our brother won't like it if you come now."
"But if you're preparing to return to the mansion, that means our lord only called you, right?"
Yuliana nodded slightly.
"Hmm. I hope he hasn't started disliking me in that short time..."
Sien smiled slightly.
"I'm sure he's worried about you too."
Yuliana let out a long sigh and continued.
"Are you coming with me?"
"Yes. I want to let our lord know that I'm fine as soon as possible."
Sien smiled brightly.
"It's good to greet new juniors as soon as possible."
"......Yes. Let's go together."
Yuliana decided not to stop Sien anymore, looking at her with a worried expression.
She knew well that when Sien showed such a resolute appearance, it was almost impossible to change her mind.
After informing Si-hyun that they would return using magic, they went back to the mansion together through the portal.
As they walked down the long corridor, the two remained silent for a while.
Even without checking the interior of the room where they were staying, it was easy to infer how the situation was unfolding.
Si-hyun's magic usually reflected his emotional state quite well, and just by seeing that the magic spreading through the corridor was stable, it was clear that he was no longer angry.
Perhaps he had finished satisfying sex with his bitch and was enjoying a pleasant rest, as he often did.
The two, who shared this common thought, walked silently down the corridor and stopped quietly in front of the door.
"Come in. Sien. Yuliana."
And with that, they opened the door and entered inside.
"......Hello. Frey."
"Si-Si... Si...."
"......"
"Si...en...nim......"
Sien opened her mouth as if to say something.
But.
Thud!
"Sorry... sorry...!"
Frey immediately bowed her head to the floor, and Sien slowly closed her mouth.
