There, Park Sora, the CEO, was smiling brighter than usual, and a man, assumed to be the building owner's son, was having a lively conversation with her.
"Wow..."
Okid couldn't help but gasp in amazement.
"I've never seen someone like him on TV..."
If his mother was that attractive, it wouldn't be strange if the son wasn't handsome. The daughters who occasionally visited were all stunning as well.
Okid couldn't tear her eyes away from the man.
He seemed to be around 180 cm tall, with a face that shone brightly. His well-tailored, expensive-looking suit added to his charm.
Moreover, as she glanced over the contours visible through his clothes:
Okid gulped, her eyes scanning the three-dimensional outline.
His broad shoulders and chiseled chest were evident even under his clothes. As her gaze moved down:
"Wow..."
Something was proudly displayed under his suit pants, from his thighs to the area near his left pocket, forming a robust silhouette like the Taebaek Mountains.
Okid had no experience with men, but she wasn't naive.
She had received unusual sex education in school and had relieved her pent-up desires by watching videos, so she knew what that thing was—a man's penis.
Okid was mesmerized by that part, unaware that she was drooling.
He looked like a young adult, but maybe he was too tense to notice his discomfort. Just as a woman with large breasts might feel uneasy, he might feel the same way. Something of that size would be noticeable no matter how he tried to hide it.
"Ah, it moved..."
Just as she thought she saw it stir, like a dragon waking up:
"Ah, Okid! Are you here to use the recording studio? You're the hardest-working among the Flower members, as always."
Okid snapped back to reality at Park Sora's voice, and the handsome man beside her reacted as well.
"Flower, you say...?"
"Ah, young master... um, how should I address you?"
"Ah! I'm sorry. I forgot to introduce myself. My name is Baek Jihan. Please call me by my name."
"Then, I'll call you Jihan. Anyway, Jihan, you know about Flower, right? They're our agency's pride."
"Ah, yes. I know them well."
In reality, Jihan knew little about Flower except for rumors he heard from his sisters, especially Baek Mina. He had only briefly looked them up on his phone before arriving.
Okid felt her cheeks flush as she approached them. When the distance narrowed, Park Sora introduced them.
"Okid, this is the building owner's son. His name is Baek Jihan."
"Nice to meet you."
Okid couldn't meet the intense gaze from the unfamiliar eyes. As someone nicknamed the "Ice Princess," she felt uncomfortable for the first time in her life.
She lowered her gaze, and inevitably, her eyes landed on the man's crotch. Seeing it made her heart beat faster and her lower body tingle.
"And, Jihan, this is Okid, the vocalist of Flower."
"Ha ha, no need for an introduction, CEO. Who in Korea doesn't know about Flower and Okid?"
Jihan extended his hand for a handshake. Okid was annoyed by the interruption, but it helped her regain her composure.
She took a deep breath and composed herself.
"Do you know us well?"
"Of course. You're always on TV, so it would be strange if I didn't know you."
As Jihan smiled, Okid couldn't help but laugh.
"Excuse me, but due to company policy, I don't shake hands with men."
"Ah, I made a mistake. Sorry... and sorry to you too, CEO."
Jihan bowed to both of them.
"Typical Okid," the CEO said with a wave of her hand, admiring Okid while Jihan apologized.
Okid had already evaluated Jihan:
Face: 10 points. It was a face that could melt the Ice Princess's frost.
Body: 9.5 points. She hadn't seen him naked yet, so she gave him 9.5 points. His physique, visible under his clothes, was nearly perfect, but she would wait for a better opportunity.
Personality: 9.5 points. He apologized for his mistake and bowed, which was admirable. However, she couldn't judge him based on just one meeting. Some men are good at hiding their true nature, and she had seen idols whose lives were ruined by the wrong men.
Background: 10 points. His clothes and the watch on his wrist were clearly high-end, and his mother was the building owner. According to Park Sora, his family was wealthy, as they rented out the building at a significantly lower price than market value.
If she were to marry him before turning 30...
"..."
Okid shook her head, dismissing the thought.
She wondered why her mind kept drifting to the idea of being with him. Maybe it was because her sexual desire was pent up. But anyone would have such fantasies about someone like him.
"Okid, are you tired?"
Glancing up, she saw the CEO's concerned face. Even as she worried, she couldn't help but sneak glances at Jihan.
Yes, even a married woman with a daughter in elementary school couldn't resist him.
Okid replied to the CEO:
"I'm fine. I won't skip practice just because I'm tired. I don't want to hear that our group is all about looks."
"Okay, okay. Go ahead then. Let me know if you need anything."
"Yes... and, Jihan..."
Okid bowed once more, taking note of the man's presence, and entered the recording studio.
"See how diligent our kids are? It's a shame others don't put in as much effort these days."
"Ha ha, is that so?"
As Park Sora continued talking, Jihan smiled slightly over her shoulder.
"I think he's not bad."
It seemed like he would enjoy this task.
After that, Jihan started going to Nul Puleun Enter every day.
Honestly, hiring a management company would have made his job easier, but his mother didn't. She visited daily under the pretext of water quality management.
Now that his mother had entrusted him with the place, all responsibilities fell on him.
He managed the elevators, checked for any issues with fire safety measures, and inspected other facilities for repairs. Fortunately, the CCTV system was handled by the staff, so that was one less task.
Even so, it was challenging alone, so Francesca assisted him.
In the building owner's office, located next to Park Sora's CEO room on the top floor of the building, Jihan was still working.
"Ah, my head hurts."
"Please hang in there, young master. You're almost done."
Francesca, standing behind him, encouraged him.
Initially, she would demonstrate tasks herself, but over time, she let Jihan handle them independently.
"Francesca."
"Yes, young master."
"Francesca, your mouth has another use besides encouragement, doesn't it?"
"Do you mean fellatio?"
"Yes, that might give me the energy I need."
Rolling his chair back, Jihan created space under the desk. His mother might have anticipated this situation, as the desk was large enough for two people to fit underneath.
Francesca's face turned slightly red, but she didn't hesitate. She went under the desk and began performing oral sex.
"Kk-kk...tsuuu...hmm...the smell of your penis is even more intense because you've been working hard...tsuuu...hmm..."
Jihan didn't pull his chair closer to see Francesca's face, but he could see her expression, which was rarely visible.
She unzipped his pants and pulled out his still-flaccid penis.
"Kk-kk...tsuuu...hmm..."
As she gently grasped it and sniffed, her touch and breath caused it to erect quickly.
"Suck it quickly."
"Ah...yes, master."
The pleasure was intense as his penis disappeared into her lips.
As she slowly pulled back, her lips made sucking sounds.
"Why do I feel like I'm going to come already?"
"Chobok...you can come if you want...kk-kk..."
The arousal from the situation was immense. Francesca was finally performing her true duties as a secretary.
It seemed like she had become a perverted CEO, forcing her secretary into such acts.
She began to jerk him off with her hand, her strong grip contrasting with her delicate movements. She skillfully massaged his penis to aid in semen production.
"Come!"
"Chuuu...chuuu...chuuu..."
As she sucked only the tip, Jihan tried to push her head down.
Just then, there was a knock at the door.
"May I come in, Jihan?"
